RETURNS POLICY
We take a lot of care in the quality of the products that we send to you, and want you to be happy with the service we provide. If you have any questions about your order, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please call our Customer Services team on 0844 800 5199. We are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Returns
We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so.
(1) First, you must have a Unique Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this number please call our Customer Services team on 0844 800 5199 quoting your user ID. We are open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
(2) Include with your return this Unique number along with your name, address & day time telephone number and the reason the item is being returned and ensure that you include the Ebay despatch note. Then post it to us within 7 days of receipt.
Goods can only be credited if they are in new condition and any packaging is undamaged. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card/paypal account no later than 5 working days after we receive your returned goods and will exclude any delivery and handling costs incurred by us.
If you have received any items, which are faulty or supplied incorrectly by us please contact our Customer Services team on 0844 800 5199.
Returning by post/carrier
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post or a commercial carrier like Fedex..
